After a research activity in Artificial Intelligence at the end of my engineering training at the Ecole Centrale de Paris, I wanted to create technical value on large complex high-tech systems, with a strong commitment to address a wide range of sectoral issues. To this end, I joined my friend Eric, who was working in a company specialising in operating safety and quality. Very quickly and with an entrepreneurial spirit, we "invented" a new line of service around optimising the operation and maintenance of large systems (ILS, maintenance engineering, and optimisation of availability). As this activity was not of interest to our employer, we decided to establish LGM to concentrate on this future-oriented offer. While executing and managing projects, I was in charge of the business, innovation and geographical development of the company. I am still driven by this desire to develop and innovate, with a real passion for expertise to offer all employees opportunities to make their engineering dreams come true. I like to see people happy and fulfilled when I arrive at the office every morning. And I like to see happy clients who attach great importance to the innovation we offer them.
