Freshly graduated from the Ecole Centrale Marseille and IAE Aix-en-Provence, I joined LGM in March 1999 for a technical and personal adventure with an undiminished interest. As a project manager specialised in maintenance engineering of aeronautical systems for Dassault and Airbus, I contributed to the group’s development by leading commercial and operational successes until 2004. In 2004, I founded the Aix-en-Provence office, the first establishment of a large regional South-East branch, which I had the pleasure of managing for 10 years. After 5 years as deputy OD, I have been fully occupied as Operations Director since September 2019. In this position, I coordinate the regional divisions to improve our cooperation and lead the transformation projects that guarantee our ambitions for the future in line with our corporate values. Since July 2020, I have also held the position of Managing Director.
