With a career firmly rooted in HR development and initial HR training as well, I've always aspired to immerse myself in the industrial world, where companies beat to the rhythm of passion for their craft. My attraction to the LGM Group's corporate culture lies in the structure that I perceive there, combined with a stimulating agility. I favour collaborative decision-making and dialogue. For me, diversity of opinion is an asset, and I advocate the acceptance of differences in the way people see things. The major themes that drive me include recruitment and employer branding, the effective integration of new employees and their retention, as well as a more international vision of human resources management.
