With a wide experience in the electronic development of embedded systems combined with an expertise in the operational reliability of these systems, I wanted to join the adventure of LGM Group. I only had one condition for my associates, which they obviously accepted: Never lose sight of the fact that whatever we do, it is the human being that is at the heart of the system. My credo? Happy and fulfilled employees will perform well and will allow us to offer our clients the best possible level of service! I've been working on this every day since I joined LGM and its success makes me think I'm not completely wrong.
