After 10 years experience as an officer in the Belgian Ministry of Defence, I came across LGM in 2010. I was mentored by one of the founders, Frank Weiser, who introduced me to my passion for intrapreneurship. By developing the international subsidiaries and then managing the development of the Northern Europe division, I learned to drive performance with humanity, passion for expertise, respect, kindness and team cohesion.
